TWC Graphics Design specializes in internet presence, operating multiple web sites and providing web templates for various platforms, web hosting, and web development and design.  This website is operated by TWC Graphics Design, a thriving small business established in 1997,  owned and operated by Richard and Teri Carnright.

Teri Carnright, an international award-winning CSS Web Designer (1st Place, Microsoft MIX06 CSS web design contest; Honorable Mention, Microsoft MIX07 CSS web design contest), has designed and produced every template in this website.  Teri has kept abreast of web development trends over the years, and has been a major contributor in keeping templates up-to-date according to the latest standards and technology.

A founding member of DWTIG (Dynamic Web Template Interchange Guidelines), Teri developed guidelines and wrote tutorials to allow DWT users a common platform for easily changing from one DWT to another.  She was also the pioneer in fullly CSS controlled FrontPage templates, introducing the FP Plus series in mid-2004.
