1. Use of Cookies
   Our shopping cart and login system rely on cookies to track shopping cart info and affiliate information.  These cookies are not permanent and will expire in 20 minutes (shopping cart), 1 year (encrypted login) or 4 weeks (affiliate id).  Although they are not permanent, your browser's security settings must be set to allow cookies for you to place orders at our site.
    
2. Statistical Data
   Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements.  This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been.  This information is not used for any other purpose.
    
3. Personal Information collected - Mailing List
   This list is used to notify of product updates, Web site changes or news of interest to our users.  As with all information collected at our site, it is for our use only. To be included on this list you can sign up directly on our registration page.  You may unsubscribe from this list by going to our unsubscribe page.
    
4. Personal Information Collected - Order Forms
   We store the information from your order to allow you to download product from a previous order, to aid in customer service and to track sales statistics.  You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us with your request. 
    
5. Credit Card & Billing Information
   We do not receive your personal billing information.  Our payment methods are via authorized credit card, securely processed by www.iTransact.com, or through www.paypal.com - depending on your preference.  Each of these secure payment transaction processors receives the information for your billing directly.  We do not gather or maintain any billing information in our databases.
    
6. Outside Links
   This site may on occasion provide links to other sites for your convenience or additional information.  We are not responsible for any content or practices of these sites.
    
7. Information Correction or Removal
   If you wish to correct, update or remove any information about you that may be in our records, please login to your account and make the appropriate changes.
